1. Install the aluminum trimming corners to the same level.
2. Hoist the suspenders and light steel keel at an appropriate distance. The spacing between the suspenders is less than or equal to 1.2 meters, and the distance between the light steel keels is 1.2 meters.
3. Connect the hanging parts pre-installed on the triangular keel together with the triangular keel and the light steel keel in the vertical direction according to the spacing, between the plates, and then adjust the level.
4. Press the two sides of the square plate into the loint of the triangle keel in parallel, install it first, then find the right angles at the two ends of the horizontal direction, and then pull the straight line to gradually buckle the plates one by one. After each row, adjust once to ensure that the plate is flat and the board seams are vertical. (Note that the direction with a small hole on the side of the square plate is to insert into the seam of the triangle keel).
5. Wear gloves when buckling the board. If you accidentally leave a stain on the board, wash it off with clean water. It is forbidden to remove the protective film during installation.
6. The purchased aluminum ceiling and its matching keel and accessories should meet the product quality requirements and must not be bent or deformed.
7. In the process of transportation and stacking, the aluminum ceiling should be laid flat, not under pressure, and avoid high temperature and harmful substances.
8. The keel is installed flat, and the spacing deviation should be controlled within the allowable range of 1.5 meters.
9. When installing aluminum ceilings, if there is any deviation in size, they should be adjusted first and then inserted in sequence. Hard insertion is not allowed to prevent deformation.
10. Large-scale lamps, exhaust fans, etc. should be fixed by keel separately and should not be placed directly on the aluminum ceiling.
